The setting changes. The standard of care does not.
Your prenatal visits, clinical monitoring, labs, education, birth attendance, newborn assessment, and postpartum care follow the same core plan as birth center care.
As labor approaches, your team helps you prepare the space and understand when to call. During labor, the midwives bring the equipment and supplies needed for routine care and emergency response.

The listed price is the self-pay price. It includes the $2,000 self-pay discount on maternity care, plus the required $160 routine lab package and $200 anatomy scan.
- $500 non-refundable deposit due at the first appointment
- Minimum payment of $250 due at each appointment
- Additional $250 early-pay discount when the balance is paid by 20 weeks
- Additional $250 Primary Student Care discount when available
- Payment in full due by 36 weeks
Home birth travel beyond 30 miles or minutes, the home birth kit, waterbirth tub and supplies, additional labs or ultrasounds, and services from other facilities or providers are not included. Confirm your individual agreement with the practice.
